Job Responsibility
-Manage the staff compensation and benefits system, including monthly payroll calculation,income tax reporting,bonus/commission settlement,social contribution, salary survey,etc.
-Assist HR Director to set up and C&B management system, formulate and implement related policy;
-Assist HR Director in related HR program on C&B field, such as:performance review,salary review and survey,bonus scheme etc.
-Provide all staffs with a clear communication on C&B and daily consulting services on HR issues for employees and to solve related problems.
-Liaise with related external outsourcing supplier and bureau;
-Conduct clear C&B reports,relative analysis and recommendations on salaries and benefits means,fluctuation,deviation and projection.
-Employee welfare & benefit program management.
-Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements
-College diploma or above, major in human resources management or other related discipline.
-More than 3 years relevant working experiences in human resources functional management,and 2+years in C&B function is must,have industrial experience is highly preferred.
-Familiar with national&local labor laws,regulations and related practical procedure.
-Good command of English ability, both in oral and written.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills,work hard and result & detail-oriented.
