职位描述：
Job Title: Technology DGM
Report Line: GM
Location: Yuhuan,Taizhou,Zhejiang

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Overall management, direction, coordination and control of technology operations including quality control and assurance, R&D, Project Management and Facilities Management within Corporate and Divisional goals and objectives;
2. Directs and coordinates quality control activities to meet the goal of quality, and improves it constantly;
3. Directs and coordinates R&D activities & project management essential to marketing requirements;
4. Prepares, Reviews and analyzes QA/QC, maintenance and related operational reports to determine nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or quality control problems, following up with corrective action plans;
5. Be responsible for the training, development, and performance evaluations of functional employees, with corrective action taken as necessary on a timely basis, in accordance with Company policies;
6. Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of Production, Engineering, HR etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline;
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing environment, and no less than 3 years in an senior operations / managerial role, preferably in a multinational manufactory with more than 2000 employee-size;
3. Sound knowledge on Quality control, R&D, management principles, IE engineering, equipment maintenance etc;
4. Demonstrated skills in quality management and R&D operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures;
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively supervise, motivate and lead people;
6. Good command of English in both speaking and writing;
7. Result orientation and pressure holder.
