职位描述：
Reports To: General Managers

Primary Responsibilities
·Evaluate manufacturing capabilities & facilities
·Ensure minimum quality standards of the parts from overseas suppliers.
·Establish and ensure accurate manufacturing and delivery schedules
·Communicate on a daily basis with key suppliers so that problems are not hidden until it is too late to organize a backup plan.
·Visit and gain an understanding of all the manufacturing processes and raw material specifications used on parts delivered to Watts.
Required Skills & Education
·4 year Engineering degree
·Ability to read engineering drawings including electrical schematics
·Experience with plastic injection molding processes
·Experience with machining processes
·Experience with electronic fabrication processes
·Experience using 3D modeling software
·Ability to communicate on very technical level and also translate the issues to non-technical people.
