职位描述：
Work Place;Yuhuan,Zhejiang
Responsibilities:
1.Setting-up and management of the company's Production Department;
2.Assisting the Manufacturing DGM in implementing company policies and business strategies;
3.Supervising production capacities and product quality on a regular basis;
4.Supervising relevant sub-departments;
5.Monitoring productivity issues on a regular basis;
6.Monitoring issues related to safe production on a regular basis.
Requirements;
1.above 30 year-old, B.E. in Mechanical Engineering;
2.At least 6-8 years of proven work experience in manufacturing companies;
3.At least 3 years in a managerial position in a western manufacturing company;
4.Good understanding of state-of-the-art production processes and production management;
5.At least basic understanding of economic principles underlying and effecting modern production management,knowledgeable of 6S,lean manufacturing;
6.Strong leadership skills and ability for efficient team management,motivating team members and creating a good team spirit;
7.Ability to work in a pressurized environment,experience with plumbing products manufacturing is a plus;
8.Good command of Chinese and English(oral & written).
