职位描述：
Major Job Responsibilities

·Comply with Delphi-E&S's Process and contribute to process improvement
·Comply with Customer quality requirements during Program Development
·Follow standards, guidelines, and best practices.
·Ensure that Key, Identified Program deliverables are completed on time per the project schedule and meet excellent quality standards
·Set quality objective and drive team to meet
·Perform quality assessments throughout development and provide Vote for all Stage and Design Reviews for all assigned projects.
·Identify noncompliance issues and track corrective action to closure.
·Support Program Management and Engineering initiatives and activities.
·Participate in developing PTQE/Site specific strategies


Qualifications

·Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
·Over 3 years’ experience in Program, Product, or Process development, highly desirable.
·Analytical and evaluative ability.
·Experience in quality disciplines and in process improvement.
·Experience or training in Problem Solving practices.
·Leadership skills.
·Self Motivated/able to work independently
·Organizational and planning capabilities.
·Advanced written and oral communication skills.
·Strong interpersonal skills.
·Multi-cultural experience preferred
