职位描述：
Key Elements of Position

·Design and develop new electronics products manufacturing processes, equipment planning and specification, and process documentation for audio/wireless products
·Plan, budget, and procure manufacturing equipment
·Install and try-out manufacturing process on equipment
·Design and develop manufacturing assembly fixtures and equipment to support prototype development and production run
·Document manufacturing equipment and process standard specification
·Apply CAE and CAM technologies
·Collect data to verify and validate manufacturing process capability prior to each build
·Provide design engineering with manufacturing plan to optimize product cost
·Participate as a key member in product development team
·Exercise sound engineering judgment


Qualifications

·B.S. Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
·With at least 5 years of electronic product manufacturing engineering working experience
·Working knowledge of and/or skill in one or more of the following areas:
-Electronic product assembly process design and development
-Electronic manufacturing process and facility planning and implementation
-SMT, Sticklead and Wave Soldering processes and equipment
-Final Assembly fixture design and automation of electronic product assembly
-Electronics product manufacturing process documentation
-Electronic products and PCB assembly manufacturing process quality management process
-CAE and CAM analysis tool application
·Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required
·With task and project planning skill
·With positive people interface attitude
·Good understanding of audio, telecommunication, and consumer electronics products will be an added advantage
·PC application skill
